Bourbon Barrel Aged Apple Wine
$16.99
Limited Release! We took one of our original wines, Apple, and barrel aged it in used Door County Distillery bourbon barrels. The result? A well balanced wine with fruity fresh apple flavor and a finish of caramel and bourbon. We first released this wine in 2024 for our 50th Anniversary celebration and it was a hit so we made another slightly larger batch for 2025. Quantities are still limited!

A softer, semi-sweet cherry wine blended with cinnamon, nutmeg and warm ground spices sure to foster fond family memories and cozy fires. Best served warm. Our mulled wines are ready to serve, but we recommend serving them warm. Simply pour into your favorite mug or cup and microwave for short intervals until warm, similar to how you would warm up a coffee or hot chocolate. More traditional? Pour the wine into a saucepan and warm over the stove top. Pour into a serving cup and garnish with a cinnamon stick. DO NOT SIMMER! If you simmer or overheat the wine, the spice will become harsh and the alcohol will evaporate.
