Prepared in artisan fashion, intense aromas evolve from Trebbiano wine grapes and ripe pomegranate that is infused in this aged Modena balsamic.  It has a tart front and sweet finish in a dark, intense and slightly acidic vinegar. Combine with maple syrup and pour over pancakes or french toast. Mix with vodka and seltzer water for a refreshing cocktail. Drizzle over root vegetables and roast for an easy sheet pan side dish.
