| This Syrah is refreshingly dry, made to pair perfectly with holiday dining. This Syrah is French oak barrel aged, mellowed with time, that gives a soft but full mouth feel. You will notice the vanilla and higher caramel and honey, provided by the oak, in the aroma and flavor. It was developed in a very modern winemaking style, building flavors from a blend, primarily Syrah with very small portions of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to add subtle fruitiness and rich tannin. |
